RGS Tech Center — website, servers & custom work

Effective 1 May 2026 · last updated May 2026

This policy explains what RGS Tech Center (Pvt.) Ltd. ("RGS Tech Center", "we", "us") collects when you browse rgstech.center, place an order for a Windows RDP / VPS server, or engage us for custom software or hardware work — why we collect it, who it is shared with, and how long it is kept.

The RGS Solution WhatsApp Business CRM is a separate product with its own, more detailed privacy policy at rgstech.center/connect-privacy-policy. If you use RGS Solution, that policy governs your WhatsApp and Meta data.

1. Who we are

RGS Tech Center (Pvt.) Ltd. is the data controller for the information described here. Our registered domain is rgstech.center and you can reach us at info@rgstech.center.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you, provision and support a service, and meet our legal obligations:

  • Contact & enquiry details: Name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, company name, and the message or order details you submit through a form on this site.
  • Order specification: The server plan, term, operating system, datacentre location and any custom ISO URL you choose when placing an RDP order.
  • Server provisioning metadata: When we provision a virtual private server we record a base customer identifier so the same public IPv4 address can be re-bound to your instance on each renewal.
  • Billing records: Company name, billing contact, the amounts invoiced and paid, and payment receipts you upload. We do not process or store card numbers on this site.
  • Technical logs: IP address, browser user-agent, and request timestamps, recorded for security, abuse prevention and debugging.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and schedule work.
  • To provision, renew, migrate and support your RDP / VPS instances, including preserving your allocated IP across renewals.
  • To issue invoices, record payments and meet tax and accounting requirements.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and prohibited server use.
  • To send you service and security notices about a service you are using. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.

4. Legal bases

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (provisioning and supporting a service you ordered); our legitimate interests (answering enquiries, securing the platform, preventing abuse); legal obligation (tax and accounting records); and your consent where we ask for it explicitly.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

  • Infrastructure providers: The upstream datacentre and hosting partners that run the physical and virtual server capacity, bound by their own data-protection terms.
  • Email provider: To deliver transactional email such as order confirmations and invoices.
  • Payment channel: The bank or payment provider you use to pay an invoice.
  • Authorities: Where we are legally required to disclose information by law, regulation or valid legal process.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become orders: Up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Active service records: For as long as you have a service with us, plus 12 months.
  • Billing and tax records: As long as tax law requires (typically 5–7 years).
  • Technical logs: Rotated out within 90 days unless retained for an open security investigation.

7. Security

The site and all account communication run over HTTPS / TLS. Access to provisioning and billing systems is restricted to the people who need it and is logged. Server credentials we generate for you are delivered over a secure channel and not retained in plain text longer than handover requires.

8. Your rights

Subject to local law, you may ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or provide it in a portable form. Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time. Email info@rgstech.center and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. International transfers

Our datacentre locations are outside Pakistan (Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France and the United States). Where your data is transferred to a provider in another country we rely on that provider’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

10. Cookies

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies plus, if you enable it, Google Analytics with IP anonymisation. It uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without losing any core function of the site.

11. Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes & contact

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will note it here with a new date and, where we hold your address, email you before it takes effect. Questions: info@rgstech.center.
