Why we do all three
A business that needs a server usually needs software to put on it, and then a way to talk to its customers. Get those from three different people and the project stalls in the gaps between them.
So we do all three. The server hosting your app can be the same box running your RGS Solution workspace. The people who built the app are the people you message when it needs a change.
We’re a small team, and that shows in the work. We’d rather ship fewer things that hold up under load than a long list that mostly works.
Four things we won’t bend on
One team, top to bottom
The server, the CRM on it and the code around both come from the same people. When something breaks, there’s nobody else to blame.
What’s yours stays yours
The same IP every renewal. Your own Meta Business account for RGS Solution. And on custom work, the code is yours once the invoice is paid.
A brief, then clean code
We agree what we’re building in writing before we start, and we hand back typed, readable code in TypeScript, Kotlin or Node.js. Not a mess the next person can’t touch.
We’ll tell you straight
If a cheaper plan covers you, we’ll say so. If we’re the wrong people for a job, we’ll say that too. We’d rather you come back than oversell you once.
